Three stores in the Prefectures of Chalkidiki & Thessaloniki
In 1977 our parents, Nikolaos Patsalas and Eleni Patsala, opened their first bakery in Trilofo, Thessaloniki.

In 1981 they saw that things were getting better so Nikos and Eleni went to Germany to specialise in their work. They returned a year later, in 1982, and opened a store in Sarti, Chalkidiki.

In 1993 our parents and us, Christos aged 19 at the time and Vasilis aged 16, all worked together as a family. We gradually created our own facilities and took over the business under the supervision of our parents.

Seven years later, in 2000, we opened a second store in Trilofos, Thessaloniki, which is where we are from. By working hard with our spouses, both of whom add their own touch to the business with their unique tastes, by selecting qualified staff, attending seminars abroad and combining the traditional ways of our parents with our modern ideas, we create a range of bakers’ wares and sweets that set our business apart due to its non-negotiable quality and honesty towards its customers.

In 2014 we opened a third store in Pefkochori, Chalkidiki, which has made the business known to the whole of Thessaloniki.
